סעיף 11 לפקודת מס הכנסה

סעיף 3(ט) לפקודת מס הכנסה

סעיף 3(ט) לפקודת מס הכנסה קובע שבמצב שבו העובד מקבל הלוואה מהמעסיק, וכאשר תנאי ההלוואה מיטיבים עם העובד, למשל – ריבית נמוכה או אי הצמדה למדד, אזי ההלוואה מהווה טובת הנאה, בגינה יש לחייב את העובד בשווי.

סעיף 46 לפקודת מס הכנסה

כדי לקבל זיכוי מתרומה, צריך שלמוסד התורם יהיה אישור תרומות שמזכות ממס לפי סעיף 46 לפקודת מס הכנסה. יש לתרום לעמותה המוכרת לעניין מס הכנסה וכן שיירשם בקבלה כי התרומה ניתנה לעמותה מוכרת לצורכי מס בהתאם לסעיף 46. עמותות מוכרות, לדוגמה: לב"י, העמותה למען החייל, גמ"חים, בתי כנסת, ערוץ ההידברות ועוד.

סעיף 9(5) לפקודת מס הכנסה

משמעותו של פטור ממס הכנסה היא, שהאדם לא חייב בתשלום מס עד לסכום מסוים. כשיש פטור מקזזים מההכנסה החייבת במס את ההכנסות הפטורות ממס, מפחיתים ניכויים אישיים ומגיעים להכנסה החייבת. לאחר מכן, מסך ההכנסה החייבת – מפחיתים את נקודות הזיכוי והזיכויים וכך מגיעים לסכום המס לתשלום.
